Case Study
PRIVATE LABEL FOODS

Private Label Foods began cooking, bottling and labeling their own line of barbecue sauce out of their home in 1988. In 1991, Private Label moved into a 3,200 sq. ft. facility and began bottling sauces for other customers. By 1998, they had outgrown that facility and moved into 125,000 sq. ft. of the former Ragu facility in Rochester, NY. Their own product lines now include hot sauce, pasta sauce, cocktail sauce, wing sauce, marinades and infused olive oils in addition to
barbecue sauce.
